As our Service Manager, you'll oversee a small team of 5 to 7 technicians to ensure they complete compliant, high‑quality heating and air‑conditioning services. You'll be a trusted resource for the residential HVAC team, keeping track of the technicians' daily activities and providing technical support as needed. If you observe any recurring issues or notice technicians are underperforming, you'll take action to get the team back on track and make sure we're providing the best possible service to customers.
We'relooking for someone who has...
- 5+ years of hands‑on field experience
- 5+ years of HVAC management experience
Ideally, we'd prefer that our Service Manager have management experience in a heating and air‑conditioning company with $5,000,000+ in revenue. However, this isn't a requirement for the right person.
Must have the ability to pass a background check.
