Role Description

The Residential Remodeling Apprentice is a full-time, on-site role based in the Denver, CO area. This position supports experienced remodelers with day-to-day tasks on kitchen, bathroom, and interior remodeling projects. Responsibilities may include preparing work areas, carrying materials, assisting with project setup and cleanup, using basic hand and power tools under supervision, and helping with remodeling tasks such as cabinet installation, finish carpentry, trim work, drywall repair, painting, flooring installation, and general residential remodeling work.

The apprentice will learn proper remodeling practices, jobsite safety, project workflows, and professional standards while working alongside experienced remodeling professionals. Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn residential remodeling practices.
• Some hands-on construction, carpentry, or remodeling experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, with a willingness to continue learning proper tool use and safety.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and coordinate with team members and supervisors.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and customer service, maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor in occupied homes.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in quality workmanship.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying materials, standing for extended periods, and working with tools safely.
• Reliability in attendance, punctuality, and adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute daily to job sites in and around the Denver metro area.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
