What You’ll Do

As an Install Helper, you’ll support our installation team while building the skills needed for a long‑term HVAC career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations
  • Help carry, set, and install equipment and materials
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Communicate with your team to complete jobs efficiently
  • Learn how to diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems over time
  • Respond to emergency situations with safety as the top priority
  • Keep tools clean, organized, and ready for use
  • Assist with documentation like work orders and job details
What We’re Looking For

You have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a strong desire to grow. You’re coachable and open to learning new skills, including cross‑training in other trades.

You’re a people person with technical curiosity:
You enjoy hands‑on work and problem‑solving, but you’re also comfortable interacting with homeowners in a professional, respectful way.

You’re ready to work:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Able to lift heavy equipment
  • Comfortable working on ladders, in tight spaces, and in varying conditions
  • Willing to do physical, hands‑on work every day

You take pride in professionalism:
You show up clean, prepared, and safety‑focused. You understand that safety isn’t optional—it’s part of the job.
