• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on customer vehicles, utilizing advanced automotive technology and equipment.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues related to mechanical, electrical, and powertrain systems.
• Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and resolve complex automotive problems effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, and parts used for each vehicle.
• Collaborate with service advisors to provide exceptional customer service and clear communication regarding repair needs and recommendations.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in the performance of duties.
