HVAC replacement with ultra‑high efficient units is our newest initiative to save energy on customer sites. Your success in maintaining and optimizing these units is essential to the program’s success.

• Ensure continued exceptional operation of Budderfly HVAC units within assigned geographic area, including maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems.
• Identify maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC/R systems.
• Complete commissioning checks of HVAC units, including controller configuration and mechanical operation.
• Perform physical maintenance such as filter changes, coil cleaning, belt inspection/replacement and other mechanical failures.
• Respond to emergency service calls during nights, weekends and on‑call periods.
• Perform warranty services and repair work promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain daily logs and records in the company work‑order system.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state, federal and OSHA standards.
• Comply with service standards, work instructions and customer requirements.
• Assist customers with queries.

• 5+ years experience as a service technician on HVAC/R systems.
• Experience with HVAC controls, familiarity with Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier System Vu controllers is a benefit.
• Ability to recognize control and mechanical issues before they compound.
• Enthusiastic about continuous learning, both technical and professional.
• Desire to grow professionally beyond routine maintenance.
• Desire to shape a developing team of HVAC/R technicians in the region.
• Customer and safety‑focused attitude.
• Ability to travel within Denver, CO and surrounding areas.
