The role involves learning state‑of‑the‑art heat‑pump technology, controls, design, and panel upgrades such as SPAN and Wi‑Fi remote operation.

- EPA certification(s) required.
- Proficient with manual and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness.
- Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record (no DUI).
- Ability to pass a background check.
