As a Junior Industrial Field Service Technician, you'll receive hands-on training while working on a wide variety of industrial equipment at customer facilities.
- Assist with the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electric motors, VFDs, industrial drives, and control systems
- Support equipment startups, preventive maintenance, warranty repairs, and field service calls
- Learn to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using industry-standard tools and software
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Communicate technical findings with customers and internal team members
- Maintain accurate service reports and organize parts and inventory
- Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule with the support of senior technicians
- Travel to customer sites throughout the region as needed
You don't need to know everything—we're looking for someone with the right attitude and a desire to learn.
Preferred Qualifications Include- Mechanical or electrical aptitude
- Interest in industrial maintenance, automation, controls, or field service
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to solve problems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning

- $32–$38 per hour (DOE)
