What You'll Be Doing
Lead and oversee water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation projects
Set up and monitor advanced drying systems (dehumidifiers, air movers, HEPA air scrubbers)
Perform moisture inspections and digital documentation
Train and mentor junior technicians
Communicate clearly with homeowners and property managers
Perform controlled demolition when necessary (CAT 3 and beyond)
Follow IICRC standards and company protocols
This role requires both physical work and technical skill. We are looking for professionals who take pride in doing the job right.
Qualifications
2+ years of restoration experience preferred
IICRC WRT / ASD certifications preferred (we will invest in the right candidate)
Experience leading or mentoring technicians is a plus
Strong documentation and communication skills
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
