Maintenance Engineer - Part Time

The Double Tree Hotel by Hilton Denver is a flagship property in our portfolio.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to perform mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance on the property. The role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

• Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, air‑conditioning systems, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Carry out repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting, and other surface finishes.
• Maintain mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, water heaters, and automotive tools.
• Keep accurate records of completed work and maintain maintenance logs per company policy.
• Prepare and submit reports to supervisors in a timely manner.

• Prior experience in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance techniques.
• Engaging and welcoming personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
