Maintenance Engineer - Part Time

Seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Engineer to perform a variety of maintenance functions including installation, maintenance, or repair of equipment, HVAC, painting, wall repair, tile work, and upkeep of the preventive maintenance program of the resort/hotel.

• Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Make repairs on plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Make repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting, etc.
• Perform general mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment.
• Keep records and logs of completed tasks; prepare reports as requested by supervisors.

• Experience working in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

$19.29–$24.00 per hour.
