Fairfield Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to keep our Denver community safe, clean, and appealing for residents. You will perform daily repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances, prepare vacant apartments, and respond to maintenance requests, while supporting on‑call rotations.
Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are essential. A high school diploma is required; a valid driver’s license may be needed; prior maintenance experience
