We are on the lookout for a skilled Lead Residential A/V Field Technician and Installer with expertise in smart home systems to join our dynamic team. This role involves the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various audio‑visual and automation systems in residential and commercial projects.

• Installation:
  Execute the installation of audio, video, and control systems including speakers, projectors, TVs, and networking components.
• Configuration:
  Set up and program smart home systems, ensuring they meet client specifications and integrate seamlessly with existing technologies.
• Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during or post‑installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintenance:
  Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on systems as required.
• Client Interaction:
  Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, explain system functionalities, and provide training on system use.
• Documentation:
  Keep accurate records of installations, configurations, and client interactions for future reference and quality assurance.

• Education
  :
  High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in electronics, computer science, or related fields are a plus.
• Experience
  :
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in A/V installation or related technical field.
  • Must be fluent in at least one smart home system:
    Control4 or URC. Proficiency in multiple systems is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills
  :
  • Strong understanding of audio‑visual equipment, networking, and home automation technologies.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
  • Proficient in the use of installation tools and equipment.
• Soft Skills
  :
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
