Commercial General Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an individual who has basic skills in commercial electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems. A licensed master electrician or master plumber is a plus. The individual will travel to and from customers' properties along the Colorado Front Range in a company‑provided vehicle to repair, maintain, and verify the operation of all critical building and mechanical equipment.

• Travel to and from customers' properties to repair, maintain, and verify operation of all critical building and mechanical equipment.
• Perform work orders covering minor electrical work, drywall repair, painting, minor plumbing, HVAC, and other building maintenance tasks.
• Maintain and track computerized work orders, expense reports, time sheets, and receipts.
• Safely lift and carry items weighing up to 80 pounds and climb ladders as required.

• Two plus years of general building maintenance experience with technical or trade school certification or diploma preferred.
• HVAC/R Universal EPA Certification with documented 2–5 years of HVAC/R repair; prior restaurant equipment experience is a plus.
• Licensed master electrician or master plumber desirable.
• Valid CO driver’s license, acceptable MVR, and ability to pass drug and background screening.
• Strong customer service skills, a professional and personable attitude, and a great attitude at all times when attending to customers' service calls.

• Full‑time position, hourly rate ranging from $18.00 to $30.00, depending on experience.

• Uniform services provided and flexible schedules available; some overtime may be required during extreme hot and cold seasons.
