Perform a full range of Journeyman level duties in addition to providing training, supervision, and mentorship for electrical trades employees to ensure assigned work conforms to safety, quality, timeline, and productivity standards.

• Coordinate and allocate work to employees in accordance with directions.
• Request equipment, materials, and consumables as required within limits of authority.
• Monitor the use of materials, care of equipment, and facility to minimize waste and damage.
• Ensure equipment and tools are secure and used correctly.
• Ensure that all reports are constantly employed efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure all work is carried out to quality and specification requirements with documentation.
• Provide a safe work environment for yourself, RK crews, and all job‑site personnel.
• Ensure housekeeping is ongoing by maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
• Provide leadership and direction.
• Liaise and interface with applicable leadership as needed.
• Perform some layout activities.
• Perform equipment startup with associated documentation.
• Technical troubleshooting and diagnostics when needed.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of concepts, techniques, and procedures.
• Perform quality control inspections.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Manage at least six electricians with given tasks and observe correct techniques and workmanship manner.

• Work outside, inside, and in dusty, noisy and hazardous areas.
• Work in high places, tight places, confined spaces and/or other adverse locations.
• Climb, balance, squat, kneel and crouch.
• Work in all types of weather.
• Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Good dexterity and eye‑hand coordination.
• Ability to lift and carry 51 to 75 lbs. occasionally, or 31 to 45 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 16 to 22 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

• Aptitude for technical problem solving.
• Familiarity with building codes and current laws/regulations.
• Ability to maintain clean and orderly tools/work area.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must have working knowledge of all trade materials, equipment and tools.
• Hold an active Colorado Journeyman License in good standing.
