Waterproofing-Division Journeyman

Job Description:

DPR Construction is seeking a Carpenter/Journeyman for our Self Perform Division 7 team with commercial construction experience in waterproofing/fire protection, located in Denver, CO.

• Carry out commercial waterproofing and fire prevention scopes, including air barriers, joint sealants, floor polishing, below grade waterproofing, hot applied waterproofing, under-slab waterproofing, fire stopping, and expansion joint installation.
• Collaborate with the crew to manage multiple demanding tasks while producing quality work and consistently meeting deadlines.
• Apply moisture and fire protection technical knowledge to safeguard building envelopes.
• Assist in creating and supporting team morale and communicate effectively with team members and site managers.

• Experience in commercial waterproofing and fire prevention scopes (list above).
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, accounting cost management software, and scheduling software.
• Strong work ethic and a “can‑do” attitude.
