This position is responsible for performing various tasks on hazardous and non-hazardous waste sites in the Mountain Region of the United States. Job tasks involve manual labor in various weather conditions and may include exposure to lead, PCBs, H2S, arsenic, and other hazardous substances.

• 40‑hour HAZWOPER training required.
• Per diem/living allowance and trips home.
• Background check and physical/drug screen.
• Ability to wear PPE as needed.
• Frequent and extended travel to project sites.
• Schedule Monday‑Friday, occasional Saturdays.

• Perform physical labor at earthmoving, remediation, heavy construction, and demolition sites.
• Operate and maintain hand, power, and specialized tools, including high‑pressure washers, portable abrasive wheel tools, pneumatic tools, liquid fuel tools, hydraulic power tools, skid steers, etc.
• Operate and maintain pumps, compressors, and generators for equipment power.
• Clean construction sites to eliminate hazards.
• Lubricate, clean, and repair machinery and tools.
• Load and unload materials from trucks or trailers.
• Signal equipment operators for alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery.
• Perform construction site cleanup, fencing, trenching, brace setting, debris removal, painting, and other labor‑intensive activities.
• Soldering, cutting, or brazing as required.
• Work in confined spaces, including permit‑required confined spaces.
• Understand materials, machines, and tools, including hazards, designs, uses, benefits, repairs, and maintenance.
• Assist with the preparation and review of Job Safety Analyses, observations, and reports.
• Promote the use of Stop Work authority.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Meet deadlines and contribute to a positive, safe, high‑quality culture in a fast‑paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
