Electrical Foreman
Job Type: Full Time
Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 annually (depending on experience)
CLI Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical and lighting projects throughout Colorado. This role is responsible for overseeing project execution from planning through completion while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The Electrical Foreman will lead field teams, coordinate materials and schedules, communicate with customers, and help drive successful project outcomes.
This is a leadership role with approximately 80% field involvement.

- Plan and oversee electrical and lighting projects from start to finish.
- Lead field crews and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and schedules.
- Communicate with customers regarding project timelines, installation requirements, and project status.
- Assist in sourcing materials and coordinating with the purchasing department for updates.
- Work closely with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
- Assist with loading, deliveries, and field logistics as needed.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, work orders, reports, and punch lists.
- Manage project schedules and ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Coordinate project closeout activities and final customer walkthroughs.
- Attend customer meetings and utility coordination meetings.
- Provide project updates and reports to customers and management.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Current Colorado Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Effective leading electrical crews and managing projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and project management or dispatch software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Commercial electrical construction experience.
- Lighting retrofit and energy-efficiency project experience.
- Service and maintenance project experience.
- Underground locating equipment experience.
- Experience working with utilities, inspectors, and general contractors.
- Experience managing commercial, industrial, and retail projects.
- Leadership and team development.
