Field Service Technician

Location: Denver, CO

Field Service Technician responsible for providing best‑in‑class service to NCR Voyix customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing electromechanical equipment such as self‑checkout systems across an assigned territory.

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self‑checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.
• Communicate openly and effectively to identify and resolve issues before they arise.

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• Proficiency in PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ready for prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts, including holidays.
• Flexible shift work – rotating shifts within set teams, including morning, afternoon, and evening start times.
• Physical ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment up to 75 lbs. unaided and up to 150 lbs. with assistance; ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate objects regularly.
• Preferred:
  Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software; A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification; one or more years of related experience.

Hourly Pay Range: $18 to $20, depending on location and experience levels. Overtime available at time and a half.
