No Sales Pressure

Do you enjoy helping customers but dislike aggressive sales quotas? You'll be glad to know there are no mandatory sales quotas. However, if you identify opportunities to provide additional solutions for customers, we offer commission-based incentives that allow you to increase your income.

Responsibilities
  • Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and service work
  • Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
  • Train and mentor junior technicians as needed
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and job records
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Minimum Qualifications
  • EPA Section 608 Certification (Required)
  • 5-7+ years of HVAC installation and service experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team when required
Preferred Qualifications
  • NATE Certification(s) preferred (higher compensation available for certified technicians)
  • Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
