Level II Technician​/Mechanic

LEVEL III Technician/Mechanic - Lead the Trade.

Are you the technician other mechanics call when the job gets tough? Discount Forklift is looking for a Level III Technician who can bring elite diagnostic skill, hands-on leadership, and a passion for developing the next generation of service professionals.

It is a high-impact role for a proven expert who wants to shape shop standards, solve complex equipment challenges, and make a lasting mark across the growing service team.

• Lead and mentor technicians:
  Coach service teams, share best practices, and raise the skill level across the organization.
• Solve the hardest problems:
  Serve as the go-to expert for advanced diagnostics, specialized repairs, and technical troubleshooting.
• Set the technical standard:
  Help design, document, and maintain procedures that keep work consistent, efficient, and safe.

• Proven field expertise: 10+ years of experience with forklifts, material handling equipment, heavy equipment, or similar systems.
• Level III technical ability:
  Strong diagnostic, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and repair experience; formal training or certifications are highly valued.

• 10 plus years of experience in diagnostic, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical experience.
• Ability to service; electric, gas, LP (propane), diesel, and hybrid units
• Have your own tools to complete the Job
