Field Coordinator

We’re looking to hire a Field Coordinator at our Denver, CO location. Our Field Coordinators ensure that all documentation, correspondence and reporting is completed efficiently to assist Operations Management in tracking project needs and requirements.

• Plan, prepare, collect, organize and maintain project documentation
• Ensure that correspondence is properly distributed among team members
• Create and maintain daily and material reports
• Coordinate the day‑to‑day activities of active construction projects, in consultation with Project Management
• Track equipment usage and track as needed
• Ensure as‑built drawings are provided and filed
• Prepare job‑specific manuals, testing requirements, all related project materials, and collect all compliance documents for closeout
• Assist operations management with various field duties
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and independently when necessary
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License
• Pass Pre‑Employment drug screen and background check
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting (Up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, crawling, climbing and reaching
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
