- Colorado Journeyman Electrician License or reciprocating state license required.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands‑on experience with commercial service and maintenance.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

- Assist InPwr Inc. management and customer with design changes to the original scope of work.
- Work with InPwr Inc. management to estimate field change order work.
- Track and document change order and time‑and‑material work.
- Maintain up‑to‑date as‑built drawings and assist CAD department with design changes.
- Maintain flexible approach to on‑site design changes.
- Ability to positively identify color of wires.
- Comprehension of reading and drawing prints and schematics.
- Bend conduit by hand with hand benders.
- Use power tools, saws, threaders, wire tuggers, hydraulic benders, and knockout punches.
- Capability of digging trenches, either by hand tools or power equipment.
- Operate equipment, trenchers, backhoes, lifts safely.
- Practice and comprehend safe work procedures per company policy.
- Operate two‑handed tools / equipment such as cable cutters, hammer drills, compression tools, and jack hammers.
- Operate company trucks with manual and automatic transmission.
- Read and interpret maps, instructional manuals, specifications, site directions, blueprints, and written instructions.
- Operate and work from mechanical personnel lifts (electrical or gas powered).
- Work on energized circuits and equipment with company management approval as outlined in Health and Safety Program.
- Complete equipment training.
- Complete OSHA 30.
- Complete all safety certifications.
Job requires working under all elements, depending on location and time of year (heat, cold, rain, and snow). Must utilize construction site sanitary facilities (porta‑johns). Employees must have personal tools with them at all times (waist belt approx. 30 lb). Must work from all types of ladders (step ladders up to 14 ft, "A" frame ladders, and all sizes of extension ladders) and carry and relocate up to a 12 ft step ladder by oneself.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead.
