Renewal by Andersen Esler Companies is seeking a skilled Service Technician to support our full-service window and door replacement operations. In this field-based role, you will inspect, adjust, and repair installed products at customer homes, ensuring exceptional performance and appearance. Responsibilities include diagnosing installation and product issues, performing detailed repairs, and documenting all work. You'll interact directly with homeowners, explain findings, and uphold our high standards for safety and quality.

Responsibilities
- Perform service, repair, and adjustment of Renewal by Andersen windows and doors at residential job sites
- Diagnose issues with product installation, operation, and performance; implement effective solutions
- Conduct detailed inspections, verify measurements, and ensure products meet company quality standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, explain findings, and provide education on product care
- Document service work performed, parts used, and recommendations in company systems
- Collaborate with installation, operations, and customer care teams to resolve escalated service concerns
- Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe, clean, and operable condition
- Follow safety protocols, building codes, and company procedures on every job
- Participate in training to develop technical, product, and customer service skills
- Support a performance-driven, team-oriented culture through reliability and accountability
