Plumbing Service Technician

Tipping Hat is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to support residential customers across the Denver metro area. In this role, you'll diagnose and repair household plumbing issues, perform fixture and water heater installs, and complete preventive maintenance with an emphasis on safety and code compliance. You'll communicate clearly with homeowners, explain findings and options, and document work performed. Working within our friendly, homeowner focused team, you'll coordinate with roofing and exterior crews, maintain a clean work environment, uphold company standards, and help protect and improve customer homes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
• Install and replace fixtures, faucets, and water heaters
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic inspections
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and options
• Prepare accurate documentation of work, materials, and recommendations
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe job site
• Coordinate schedules and work with roofing and exterior teams
• Respond to service calls across the Denver metro area
• Uphold company standards for integrity, professionalism, and customer service
