Branch Supervisor - Fire stopping Division
Kinzler Construction Services of Denver, CO is looking to hire a Branch Supervisor for the Fire stopping Division. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring an individual with strong fire stopping installation experience who can supervise, coach, and develop field employees while actively working alongside the crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

- Lead, supervise, and work alongside Fire stopping crews in the field.
- Plan daily work, coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and firestop details before work begins.
- Ensure installations meet UL-listed systems, manufacturer requirements, Engineering Judgments (EJs), and applicable codes.
- Perform quality inspections and resolve installation issues.
- Train, mentor, and develop Fire stopping Installers on proper installation techniques and safety practices.
- Promote and enforce OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, and Kinzler safety standards.
- Maintain inventory of firestop materials, tools, and equipment.
- Complete work order reviews, payroll approvals, and required documentation.
- Communicate with customers, general contractors, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

- 2 + years of commercial fire stopping experience required.
- Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred.
- Experience installing penetration seals, fire-rated joint systems, perimeter fire containment, and smoke seal systems.
- Knowledge of UL-listed firestop systems, Engineering Judgments (EJs), and manufacturer products such as Hilti, STI, 3M, Tremco, or Rector Seal.
- Ability to read construction drawings and project specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
