Well Power in the Greater Denver Metro area is seeking a journey-level Facilities Maintenance Technician to assist the Facilities Manager in keeping all properties properly maintained, serviced, and repaired, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to emergencies, and document work performed, parts used, and time spent.
The role requires five years of hands-on maintenance experience and the ability to work with little supervision.
