Commercial Plumbers – New Construction
We are hiring 6 experienced Commercial Plumbers for upcoming new construction projects throughout Colorado, with opportunities both along the Front Range and at job sites in the Colorado mountains. This is a great opportunity for skilled commercial plumbers looking for steady work on new construction projects with the opportunity to work on larger, high-quality commercial builds.
For projects located in the Colorado mountains, we provide:
- Company-paid lodging
- $50 per diem in addition to regular wages

- Install commercial plumbing systems on new construction projects.
- Install and connect domestic water, sanitary, storm, and gas piping systems.
- Install fixtures, valves, pumps, equipment, and related plumbing components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and plumbing plans.
- Perform rough-in, above-ceiling, and finish plumbing installations.
- Measure, cut, thread, assemble, and install piping and fittings.
- Coordinate plumbing installation with other trades on active construction sites.
- Perform pressure testing, inspections, and system commissioning.
- Identify and resolve field installation issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow project specifications, applicable plumbing codes, and company safety requirements.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality installation standards.
- 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred.
- New construction experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and understand commercial plumbing drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing installation methods.
- Experience with copper, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and other commercial piping systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a construction crew.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work safely on ladders, lifts, and active construction sites.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Colorado plumbing license or relevant credentials are a plus, depending on position and project requirements.
We are looking for experienced commercial plumbers who know new construction and can hit the ground running. Candidates should be comfortable working from plans, coordinating with other trades, and completing quality installations while maintaining project schedules.
Mountain project work is especially well suited for plumbers who are willing to travel and want the added benefit of company-paid lodging plus $50 per diem.
Six positions are available, with projects beginning September 1, 2026.
