Service Technician

Invitation Homes is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair our single-family rental homes. In this field-based role, you’ll complete work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and support turns between residents. Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, ensuring safety and code compliance, and providing professional, resident-focused service. You’ll use mobile tools to track work, coordinate with vendors, and support inspections and renovations.
