Production Line Mechanic

Primo Brands is seeking a skilled Production Line Mechanic to keep our production and packaging lines running at peak performance. In this hands-on role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems supporting CPG and food packaging operations. You'll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose equipment failures, replace parts, and help minimize downtime in a fast-paced, creative environment. You'll collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams, follow safety and GMP standards, document work, and recommend improvements to increase reliability, efficiency, and line performance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production and packaging line equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and replace or rebuild parts as needed
• Minimize downtime by responding quickly to maintenance requests
• Calibrate and adjust machinery for optimal line performance and product quality
• Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and repair histories
• Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams on line improvements
• Follow and promote safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and GMP standards
• Assist with equipment installations, changeovers, and line upgrades
• Recommend reliability and process improvements to increase efficiency
