We are currently hiring a full-time,
Direct Hire Commercial HVAC Installer / Helper

• Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 / hour (Based on experience).
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire (Internal from Day
  1).

• Assist in installing commercial ductwork, HVAC equipment, hangers, supports, and mechanical piping.
• Measure, cut, assemble, stage, and position installation materials as directed by the Foreman.
• Safely operate standard hand and power tools of the HVAC trade.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas on active commercial job sites.

• Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical, sheet metal, or related construction trades.
• Tool Knowledge: Comfortable and proficient using standard construction hand and power tools.
• Transportation & Licensing: Reliable personal vehicle/transportation to travel to daily jobsite locations, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to pass our MVR requirements for insurance purposes.
• Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, safety-minded, and eager to learn under experienced leads.
