Our expert team has served Fort Collins residents for over six decades and is expanding those services to the Denver Metropolitan area. - Compensation: $30-40/hr based on experience plus additional opportunities for compensation!
- Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment.
- Provide start-ups and troubleshooting for residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
- Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and light commercial).
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification (NATE preferred).
- Your own tools, gauges, and multimeter.
- A clean driving record and valid license.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Must be able to navigate various job site environments, including climbing ladders, crawling into tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces), and maneuvering around HVAC equipment.
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, and manipulate tools and equipment weighing up to 50lbs and remain physically active for the duration of a shift.
- Ability to work comfortably in variable weather conditions , including extreme heat, cold, and inclement weather, while navigating unconditioned spaces like attics and crawlspaces.
