M3 Mechanical is growing and looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We specialize in multi-family housing, commercial service, and replacement work throughout Colorado Front Range.

What You’ll Do- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Service split systems, package units, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, mini-splits, and water source heat pumps
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
- Communicate findings clearly with property managers and customers
- Complete digital service reports with photos and documentation
- Recommend repairs and replacement options when appropriate
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule
- Multi-family apartment communities
- Commercial facilities
- Property management clients
- Minimum 3 years HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional appearance and communication
