Field Service Technician – ASRS / Warehouse Automation Full-Time About the Opportunity
We're partnering with a growing warehouse automation specialist headquartered in Europe that is expanding its North American service team.
With a strong customer base across logistics, cold storage, and manufacturing, they're looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician to support, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated crane and warehouse automation systems throughout the United States.
What You'll Be Doing- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and servicing of automated crane and ASRS systems
- Diagnose & repair mechanical, electrical, and controls-related faults
- Support preventative maintenance activities
- Respond to customer breakdowns and service requests
- Coordinate with remote PLC specialists for advanced controls troubleshooting
- Manage customer claims and spare parts requirements when based in the Denver office
- Travel extensively throughout North America supporting customer sites
- Work directly with major global customers across warehousing and logistics environments
- Lone Working

- VFDs / Drives
- Sensors
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Reading electrical drawings
- Basic PLC troubleshooting
- Ability to connect to PLCs and retrieve diagnostic information
- Understanding of industrial automation systems
PLC programming experience is not required.

- 80% travel throughout North America
- Typical travel periods range from several days to 2–3 weeks
- All travel expenses covered
- Work from Denver office approximately 20% of the time
- $32–35/hr base salary
