• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and high-quality HVAC service delivery
• Lead, mentor, and support HVAC Technicians and Installers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Maintain and promote high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction across all projects
• Coordinate and manage a variety of residential and commercial HVAC projects from start to finish
• Support company growth initiatives and uphold company values of professionalism and teamwork

• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the HVAC or related industry
• Strong understanding of HVAC operations, including both residential and commercial projects
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and supportive work environment
• Willingness to relocate to Grand Junction, Colorado

$100,000 base salary plus commission
