ATNI (Associated Tele-Networking, Inc.) is seeking a Technician Level IV to lead and execute installation and de-installation projects across the U.S. If you’re an experienced telecommunications professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment—and you're ready to mentor others while keeping projects on track,we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do ~
Lead Crews & Oversee Project Execution

Supervise teams of technicians and laborers on-site
Ensure safety compliance and adherence to project timelines
Train and mentor apprentice technicians
Enforce company policies and procedures throughout each project

Hands-On Technical Work

Install, de-install, maintain, and support voice, data, and telecommunications transport networks
Conduct site visits and approve Methods of Procedure (MOPs)
Ensure all work meets Telcordia GR1275 & GR1502 standards

Coordinate with Project Management

Provide daily progress reports
Document and elevate issues as needed
Submit accurate expense reports and access paperwork

Maintain Quality Standards

Track performance indicators and update project checklists
Recommend improvements to processes and procedures
Represent ATNI professionally on-site

Support as Needed

Maintain clean, safe job sites
Assist with equipment testing, inventory, warehouse support, and site evaluations
Be available for after-hours or on-call support when necessary

What You Bring~
Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Formal technical training in telecommunications
10+ years of experience in telecom network installation and de-installation

Skills & Expertise

Deep knowledge of telecom wiring, power, data/voice/wireless systems
Strong troubleshooting skills-hardware, software, and networking
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic computer proficiency
Comfortable working in live central offices, outdoor environments, rooftops, and confined spaces

Physical Requirements ~

Must be able to walk, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, and lift/carry heavy equipment

Competitive hourly wage (based on experience)

Paid training and certifications from leading equipment manufacturers
