Description
REIC RentalsREIC Rentals is hiring an Entry-Level HVAC Installation Technician to support our growing team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in HVAC. You'll gain hands‑on experience working alongside experienced HVAC Service and Commercial Technicians.
Responsibilities- Load, transport, and unload HVAC equipment
- Drive company vehicles to job sites (acceptable driving record required)
- Assist with installation of HVAC systems, including:
- Running gas hoses
- Installing ducting and ventilation
- Setting up equipment for operation
- Work closely with service and commercial HVAC technicians
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Acceptable driving record (required)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor conditions
- EPA Certification preferred, not required
- Experience in HVAC, construction, or mechanical work
- Rental equipment industry experience (a plus)
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (with on‑call rotations and overtime opportunities; weekends as needed) - Minimal overnight travel; regional travel to WY, UT, NM, and NE

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift
