Responsibilities- Execute complex repairs and diagnostic assessments on major home appliances, including refrigeration units, laundry systems, and cooking ranges.
- Drive customer satisfaction by clearly explaining technical issues and providing transparent, reliable solutions for every service call.
- Extend the lifespan of household equipment by performing proactive maintenance and comprehensive system inspections.
- Document service outcomes, inventory usage, and client interactions with high precision to ensure operational excellence.
- Continuously refine your technical expertise by mastering emerging appliance technologies and advanced repair methodologies.
- Collaborate with the broader service team to optimize daily workflows and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated professional experience in appliance diagnostics or a related mechanical field.
- Advanced troubleshooting capabilities with a focus on root-cause analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Formal technical training or vocational certification in appliance repair.
- Proven ability to manage a service schedule independently with minimal oversight.
- A proactive mindset toward learning and adopting new industry-standard repair tools and software.
