** Duties & Responsibilities
*** Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
* Respond to service requests and participate in rotational on call emergency coverage
* Maintain accurate maintenance, safety, and compliance records
* Follow established safety procedures and regulatory requirements
* Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed## Qualifications
** Education & Training
*** High school diploma or equivalent required
* Vocational training, apprenticeship, or technical education in maintenance or a related field preferred
* Relevant technical certifications preferred
** Knowledge, Skills & Experience
*** Working knowledge of facilities and building systems maintenance
* Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
* Experience in commercial or multi building environments preferred
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliability
* Effective communication and time management skills
