Family Time Facilitator – Part Time

Responsibilities- Work with your supervisor to create a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, while making a profound impact on families in need.
- Supervise visits with children and their families in client homes, community settings, Department of Human Services buildings, or our offices.
- Use a trauma‑informed lens to provide engaging parenting skills training, psycho-education aimed at increasing family bonds, in‑the‑moment re-direction, and parent coaching to promote safe and successful reunification.
- Advocate for families, set goals with the assistance of the caseworker and professional team, document progress, and report any concerns of alleged abuse or neglect.
- Testify in court as needed and provide transportation as part of the role.
- Join us in promoting safe, healthy, and successful reunifications—one family at a time.
- Minimum of Associate’s Degree in a Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, etc.). Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience working with children, crisis intervention and conflict resolution, and/or knowledge of child development and the child welfare system.
- Proof of valid Driver’s License with clean driving record, valid auto insurance, and consistent access to a working vehicle that can safely transport clients.
- Organized and able to independently maintain your schedule.
- Ability to provide at least one weekend day and multiple afternoon/evenings of availability to maintain a caseload of a minimum of 18 client session hours per week.
- Part Time Employee status (not a contractor).
- $20.25 - $20.75/hour
