Position: Domestic Violence High Risk Team Coordinator (Grant Funded)

The Arapahoe County government serves its communities in ways both obvious and obscure. As the beating heart of local and regional government, we’re here for our neighbors on their best days—and their worst. We share our residents’ goals of preserving our quality of life and strive to be the place we’re proud to call home.

Overview of the Grant

The United States Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women provides national leadership and funding to strengthen the nation’s response to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. Through this grant, local jurisdictions receive support to improve their ability to identify high‑risk situations, enhance coordination among partner agencies, and deliver more effective services to victims. The grant also funds the creation and implementation of a high‑risk domestic violence team designed to improve safety outcomes and streamline justice system responses.
