Family Resource Specialist
Location: Denver County, CO
Pay Range: $22-$24/hourly
Availability: Full time with evenings and weekends required

Justice Works Youth Care is seeking an experienced Family Services Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support families in our community by providing them with resources, advice, and assistance. You will be responsible for connecting families with local services, such as housing assistance, healthcare, and other support services. As a Family Services Case Manager, you will also provide guidance and direction to parents and families in need, helping them find the resources they need to create a better future for their children.

The qualified Family Services Case Manager will have:
- Masters or Bachelors Degree required. Preferred areas of study include social work, criminal justice, psychology, or related field and a minimum of one (1) year direct care experience or supervised practice in lieu of the experience requirement.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

- Maintain a flexible workweek, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet family needs.
- Schedule and complete intakes within 24 hours of assignment.
- Provide 24+ hours of face-to-face contact per week to meet family needs.
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
