SY Speech Language Pathologist - Thornton

Responsibilities

Perform student evaluations and provide and document therapy services according to individual plan of care and physician orders.

Thornton, CO. 26/27 school year. 37.5 hours locally ($63/hr) and $2,786.50/week with stipends for travelers. Full benefits offered.

Must be eligible to work in Colorado and licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist with Colorado Department of Education.

• Active SLP licensure in state of assignment
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) preferred and may be required
• Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x‑ray if applicable
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• At least 18 years of age
