En Foundever estamos buscando un asesor de servicio al cliente para unirse a nuestro equipo presencial de Barranquilla.
Responsabilidades- Atender consultas sobre facturas, aclarar dudas relacionadas con pagos, cargos únicos y recurrentes, y garantizar que nuestros clientes comprendan plenamente su cargo mensual.
- Proporcionar soporte básico en el funcionamiento de la plataforma y del servicio, así como asistencia a través de chat.
- Realizar ventas cruzadas cuando corresponda.
- Experiencia previa en atención al cliente deseable pero no obligatoria.
- Capacidad para brindar soporte básico de manera clara.
- Habilidades excelentes de comunicación y resolución de problemas en inglés (B2).
- Disponibilidad para trabajar completamente presencial en Barranquilla.
- Bachillerato / Educación Media.
- Inglés - Intermedio.
- Ubicación:
Barranquilla. - Modalidad:
Presencial. - Contrato a término indefinido.
