Responsibilities

  • Lead management team on serving Community Association clients to provide day-to-day operational, covenant enforcement, and design review services.
  • Complete projects as assigned, assist in preparing board packets and communications, track documents, and direct vendor relationships.
  • Develop knowledge of state statutes governing local governments, CRS Title 32 special and metropolitan districts, budgets, public records, hearings, notices, purchasing practices, policy formation, and tax structure.
  • Manage small public infrastructure planning, financing, construction, and maintenance alternatives.
  • Develop understanding of statutory compliance issues for special districts and municipalities; complete small statutory compliance matters and track related calendar.
  • Provide superior client service in a support role; conduct site visits; coordinate client facility reservations/use.
Qualifications
  • BS/BA in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field, or Associate's degree with two years of experience, or 4+ years of related experience in lieu of a bachelor's.
  • At least one year of experience in city or county management, public works, land development, or related field.
  • Ability to travel to client sites between Colorado Springs and Denver area.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation

For Colorado, the range for this position is $55,000 to $90,000.
