This shift includes a 5.45% differential, in addition to base pay.

CYFMCR serves children and youth up to 20 years, and their families. Services are available 24hours/7days to address at‑risk children and youth in crisis. Priority referrals come from hospitals, law enforcement, fire department, juvenile justice system, shelters, and community members seeking help.

• Ensure community delivery of mobile crisis response, including creation of recovery plans, ongoing support, crisis intervention, and hospital diversion.
• Conduct initial and follow‑up assessments, phone and in‑person, for high‑risk clients, including suicide and homicide risk.
• Develop safety plans and provide referrals to stabilization services and designating crisis responders.
• Assist non‑Medicaid individuals in accessing Medicaid.
• Manage follow‑up services that honor client strengths and evolving needs.
• Facilitate use of crisis hospital diversion resources, including stabilization and E&T admission.
• Maintain required data as specified in the SCRBH‑ASO Crisis Response Services Provider Guide.
• Obtain training to grow staff skills for engaging clients and reducing restrictive alternatives to inpatient admission.
• Provide weekly supervision to assigned mobile crisis response members.
• Cover shifts as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement projects to minimize inpatient admissions.
• Represent the agency professionally, maintaining exemplary customer service.
• Build collaborative relationships with courts, attorneys, private psychiatrists, police, sheriff’s deputies, and other agencies.
• Comply with state WAC requirements and FBH policies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records and documentation.
• Participate in peer review, supervision, and educational meetings.
• Travel to see clients in the community and across work sites.

• Master’s degree in the behavioral sciences.
• Two years’ post‑master’s experience in crisis intervention and direct mental health treatment.
• Must hold or pursue a WAC credential: LAAC, LMHCA, LICSWA, or LMFTA; credential must be active within 6months of hire unless a preferred licensure is met.
• Unrestricted, valid driver’s license and active car insurance; willing to use personal vehicle for work.

• Active DOH licensure (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) in Washington.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Designation as a Child Mental Health Specialist.

• Proven supervisory and training capability in crisis service delivery and case conceptualization.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, maintaining confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Washington Administrative Codes and statutes governing crisis services.
• Ability to work cooperatively, independently, and creatively to meet responsibilities.
• Positive, optimistic attitude toward staff, clients, and community.
• Sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic diversity.

• Provide client services in office and community contexts, including residences, group settings, hospitals, shelters, the streets, and various community locations.
• Occasional frequent travel, driving, traversing distances, and navigating stairs.
• Daily computer use; may lift 10–20lb.
• No predictable exposure to blood‑borne pathogens (CategoryIII).
