Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a Case Manager I to partner with clients experiencing homelessness or will develop care plans, coordinate services and maintain case notes while delivering outreach and crisis intervention across the central Denver region.
Required:
High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and a valid Colorado driver’s license. Bilingual candidates are preferred for better client engagement.
