Urban Peak seeks a Minor Shelter Life Skills Manager to supervise youth aged 12-17 in the Minor Shelter program. You will engage, assess, intervene, and ensure safety in a trauma-informed environment while coordinating with the Shelter team and Case Manager.
You will document intake, maintain data, and support discharge planning within 21 days of entry, ensuring a respectful and supportive atmosphere for residents and staff alike.
