Jeffco Public Schools’ Connections Learning Center is seeking a CLC Student Case Assistant. This 1.0 FTE, eight hours per day, 180 days/year role supports students with attendance, behavior, and academic data, and collaborates with families and district schools to ensure timely transitions and access to services.
Responsibilities include weekly data reviews, coordinating meetings, and connecting families with community resources to support student success.
