School Social Worker

RCM Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Social Worker to join our dynamic team, serving schools in nurturing the academic and social development of students. This role involves providing emotional, psychological, and social support to students, facilitating their ability to learn effectively and interact positively with their peers. As a School Social Worker, you will be instrumental in addressing issues such as bullying, learning difficulties, and family problems that can affect a student's performance and wellbeing.

You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to implement strategies that promote a healthy learning environment and ensure the best outcomes for our students.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' social and emotional needs through observation and counseling sessions.
• Develop and implement intervention strategies to enhance student well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to maximize student learning potential.
• Advocate for students and families to access school and community resources.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and confidentiality.
• Conduct group or individual response sessions and workshops on various student welfare topics.
• Participate in the development of policies related to student health and welfare.
