About the Position

Shiloh House is seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Support Professional to provide in-home and community-based services to youth and families throughout the Denver Metro Area.

The Family Support Professional works directly with families to help them identify strengths and needs, establish goals, develop practical plans, and connect with community resources. This position provides a variety of services, including supervised visitation, coaching, life skills support, and other family-focused services.

Compensation

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected pay range for this Colorado position is $19.16–$23.95 per hour. Actual compensation may be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Schedule & Work Environment
  • Flexible schedule with evening availability and one weekend day required
  • Community-based position with travel throughout the Denver Metro Area
  • Services provided primarily in clients' homes and community settings
  • Up to 25 face-to-face service hours per week, based on client and program needs
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and be comfortable traveling to assigned locations
